X Place features over 1000 of the latest PC & Console games for in-store play, rental or sell. Each month X Place acquires new games and provides in-store showcases, game premieres and even giveaways.

In addition, X Place utilizes The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) to help provide awareness to our guests. Guests under the age of 17 must complete a parental consent form in order to play all games in our facility.

X Place Inc General information For Parents

All new customers that are younger than 17, must be accompanied by a parent to set up their account IF they have never been to X Place Inc before. If the child already has an account they do NOT need a parent present.

If at anytime you wish to restrict when your son or daughter is allowed to come to X Place Inc, just phone us and explain the situation. Because we create accounts for all customers, we can easily monitor when people are coming into the store.

Whether at X Place Inc or at home you should always know what games your children are playing. Be involved and try taking an interest in the games they are playing, so you know the kind of content they are being exposed to. At X Place Inc we do our best to monitor the content being shown to customers, but we do not have the ability to limit it.

No doubt your son/daughter is already playing video games and you are spending a lot of money on this entertainment but do you realize what games they are playing? What types of games do they play when you are not at home? What are they searching for on the internet when you are not at home? How much control do you have on the time your son/daughter spend playing video games or on the content of their games? How much do you really spend on video games and game accessories? How much time do they take up on the family computer?

Our membership is free and now you will have a say in their choice of entertainment. We provide a safe, wholesome atmosphere for members of all ages. We strictly adhere to the ESRB rating system (see our page on ESRB ratings). When your son/daughter becomes a member, their date of birth is entered into the computer and that allows them to play only those games corresponding to their age and rating (unless you allow them in writing to play other selected games). Even though all games are played over the internet, your son/daughter can not surf the net on our computers because they are restricted to the games and game sites we have loaded on the computer. There is no danger of them getting onto a porn site or chatroom where there are people searching for the young and impressionable. Our in-house server controls all aspects of their internet experience. You control the amount of time they can play because all hours are paid for in advance and you do not need to buy the latest games at $50+ for each game or headsets that costs $40-100.Using our specially designed gaming computers and televisions frees up your living room and allows you to control the home entertainment. Your son/daughter can compete with as many of their friends as they want and they will be in our Center not in your house (no mess to clean up and no extra networked computers or games running up your electric bills). There are many other reasons to have your son/daughter become a member of X Place but the two that stand out to us is: they will enjoy a new level of gaming on the best equipment available and the experience they have at our Center will provide them with many hours of inexpensive entertainment.

	Titles rated E - Everyone have content that may be suitable for persons ages 6 and older. Titles in this category may contain minimal violence, some comic mischief and/or mild language.
	Titles rated T - Teen have content that may be suitable for persons ages 13 and older. May contain violent content, mild or strong language, and/or suggestive themes.
	Titles rated M - Mature have content that may be suitable for persons ages 17 and older. Titles in this category may contain mature sexual themes, more intense violence and/or strong language.
	Titles rated AO - Adults Only have content suitable only for adults. Titles in this category may include graphic depictions of sex and/or violence. Adult Only products are not intended for persons under the age of 18. NOTE: WE DO NOT CARRY AO RATED GAMES.

Rules:
1. You can not allow anyone to play on your membership identification or password.
2. You must pay in advance for all hours of competition.
3. You can not tamper with any computers, Xbox’s, or Televisions, in the Center.
4. No outside food or drink may be brought into the Center, the Center can not be liable for what you consume in drinks that are not purchased from the Center.
5. Respect the rights of others and treat others as you want them to treat you. No loud profanity or arguments will be tolerated in the Center.
6. To compete in a tournament, lock-in or morning madness; members must sign up in advance
7. Any XBOX game not returned at the end of your session will incur a $100 penalty.
8. Periodically, X Place will send you emails of up coming events and promotions.
9. Defacing any property in the Center, including the walls, furniture or any equipment will result in personal liability for the member.
10. Disruptive behavior is detrimental to gaming; any fighting will be reported to the police for action.
11. No drugs, alcohol or weapons of any kind will be permitted in the Center.
